This Cancellation & Refund Policy explains how subscription cancellations, one-time purchases, and refunds are handled for services provided by CreatorWerk (“CreatorWerk,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). This page is incorporated by reference into our Terms and Conditions. If anything here conflicts with local law, we’ll follow the law that applies to you.

1. What this policy covers

  • All paid subscriptions and any one-time purchases made through the CreatorWerk website or app (the “Services”).
  • Payments processed via credit/debit card or other payment methods we make available.

2. How to cancel your subscription

  • You can cancel at any time by logging in and visiting the Subscription page in your account.
  • When you cancel, your subscription remains active until the end of your current billing term and will not renew again.
  • • Canceling a subscription does not delete your account. To fully close your account, please contact our Support Team.

Important billing timing notice:
Subscriptions are billed using an automated recurring billing system provided by a third-party payment processor. Billing is processed automatically on the scheduled renewal date.

Because billing execution times are determined by the payment processor and occur based on global processing schedules, we do not control the exact time of day a renewal charge is executed, nor can we guarantee billing execution based on a customer’s local time zone. As a result, a renewal charge scheduled for a specific calendar date may be processed before that date begins in the customer’s local time zone.

3. Effective date of cancellation

  • Cancellations take effect at the end of your current paid billing period.
  • We do not provide partial-period or prorated credits.
  • To avoid renewal charges, subscriptions must be canceled at least twenty-four (24) hours prior to the scheduled renewal date.
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the renewal date may occur after the billing process has already begun and may result in the next billing cycle being charged. In such cases, the subscription will remain active until the end of the newly paid billing period, and no further renewals will occur.

4. Refunds

  • All purchases are final and nonrefundable.
  • We do not provide refunds or credits for partially used billing periods or for unused features.

5. Limited exceptions we may consider
While our default policy is no refunds, we may-at our sole discretion – review the following cases if you contact Support within 30 days of the charge:

  • Duplicate charge (you were billed twice for the same period).
  • Demonstrable technical error on our systems resulting in unsuccessful access immediately after purchase.
  • Fraudulent or unauthorized payment (we may require documentation and may instruct you to contact your card issuer).

If a refund is approved:

  • It will be processed to the original payment method only.
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or card network to post the credit (timing may vary by institution).

6. Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback or payment reversal, we may treat that as a decision to end your subscription immediately and may suspend or terminate your account under our Terms. If the chargeback is later reversed in our favor, contact Support for help restoring access.

7. Promotional pricing, trials & discounts

  • Promotional or discounted pricing applies only to the specified term.
  • Ending a promotion early does not create refund or credit eligibility.
  • Trials do not convert to paid plans when the trial ends.

8. Updating your payment method & failed payments
You can update your payment method in the app on the Subscriptions page. If a payment fails (expiration, insufficient funds, etc.), you remain responsible for amounts due and authorize us to retry charges or obtain updated card details from your issuer, as permitted.

9. Taxes & currency
Prices exclude applicable taxes, which may be added at checkout based on your location. All refunds, when granted, are issued in the original transaction currency and amount, less any non-recoverable processing or exchange fees where applicable.

10. Account termination (separate from cancellation)
You can request account termination by contacting Support. Per our Terms, no refunds are provided upon termination, and we will handle your personal information according to our Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to this policy
We may update this page from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the Updated date above. Continued use of the Services after an update means you accept the changes.
